I wouldnt call that "wildly unpopular". Obamacare is certainly not the slam dunk policy that Democrats had hoped it would be, but it's not suuuper unpopular either.

The fact that it was ruled unconstitutional is just a minor set back. We don't care about the first, 2nd 4th or 5th amendments, so why should we care about this?
As long as the next Democrat also has a pen and a phone he can try to dictate Obama's great policies back into law, but next time we'll stack the courts first.
