that's my personal summary of how I feel about the situation not much more I can say that I haven't already over the last day

I wish safety for all especially the kids and hope the school makes the right decision which I believe is to not only not punish the teens but protect them better than they did at the event

Amnesty for DACA recipients as part of a larger deal is a reasonable idea. A sweeping amnesty for all 11-22 million illegals - no way. Even theoretically, there just does not exist anything Trump could get in return that would be worth such a full amnesty. If he signed off on such a deal, his base would turn on him extremely hard. His approval rating would dip into the 10s over night.

Mr. Phillips got himself involved, his intent unclear. I as someone who has known of him a long time have my view on what that intent was others from the outside have theirs

The real problem here is the media and social media having no accountability and not being responsible with the facts as they came out

The escalation of the coverage was unnecessary and crossed over into damaging lies.

The kids could learn how to extend a hand and Mr. Phillips could learn a lesson in personal space

The media should start holding themselves more accountable on social issues so that Trump doesn't have so much to stand on when he is contributing negatively to the environment in his own way

they made a mistake by not having them chaperoned properly. It's forgivable if they fix it for the future protests

They made a bad PR move and many were disrespectful, that happens when kids are kids it happens even more when kids are unchaperoned

Their actions at times were racially insensitive to native culture which is no surprise as they dress in maga hats but this wasn't a racist violent mob

they were kids that need to learn a little more respect just like all of us should practice
