Yes, of course Mueller is a credible source when it comes to the question of what is standing in his own report. This does in no way have to logically imply that whatever is standing in his report must be true.
Let me give you an example: I write "Max is a burglar" in my not-published-yet report. An "investigative" """"""journalist"""""" from Buzzfeed writes a story titled "Black XistenZ's report alleges Mike is a liar". Then, I hand out a dementi "the leaked story on Buzzfeed concerning my report is not factually correct" (= 'I do not say that Mike is a liar'). Does any of that in and off itself prove or imply that the actual statement of my report, that Max is a burglar, has to be true? Obviously not.
Ofc it's a moronic meme, almost all memes are. Are you new on internet ? Memes are a cancer, the cancer of sarcasm, oversimplification, and anti-intellectualism.

The report is not denied, but only partially "inaccurate": "denied" is a strong term used by the jealous WP
