There's been zero evidence provided so there's no reason for any court member to actually look at it. This isn't at all like 2000 where there was a legitimate question of what constitutes a proper count.
Yeah, even with the current makeup of the court, there hasn't been enough of an evidentiary threshold that would make SCOTUS grant cert. FFS, a lot of the cases are being dismissed due to the plaintiffs not having standing.
