yup. if you adjust the amount of allocate-able budget you'd end up with a "fence" costing a few months pay more than likely. even if it only raises to a few hundred dollars that's an expense you shouldn't blindly take on the chin.

Add like 3 zeros to that and you got my original estimates for the fence and deck I need to do. That estimate has long since gone way up thanks to those tariffs. $57 for a fence, that's like one panel, lol.

57$ might be less than 1 hour's labor for a 2 man job lol. I know contractors around here charge 30-50$/hour in trades like that, if tree removal, well work, masonry, etc are similar.

building minority groups up with training programs to get experience and gain/improve skills specifically for them is not tearing the white people down
