Well, if the potential jurors are indeed a 1:2 mix or so, it seems very unlikely we'll get a full acquittal. I'd love to be proven wrong

And I don't know if the word "probability" fits exactly, but possibility due to Biden directly opining on the case. The precedent would be set by the Chauvin Federal Charges. And those charges are BS. They're over the same actions he's already been tried for. Clear double jeopardy violation.

Chauvin was a public servant though whereas Kyle is just a random civilian. You could make the argument, albeit a weak one, that Chauvin discriminated against Floyd due to his race. I don't think you could make that argument here.
