Here's what I see.


We had a presidential election in 2016. At that time, Hillary was already caught destroying subpoenaed evidence. Trump hadn't been accused of anything to do with Russia.

Odds makers had Hillary winning the election, lots of decisions were made assuming Hillary would win. Hillary lost. Voters went insane, which is really weird. All evidence and investigations concerning Hillary was buried or dropped.

All of a sudden, Trump is accused of colluding with Russia because some Russians had apartments in a Trump tower, (aka, grabbing at any straws available).



Suddenly half of PaRD also goes insane, and decides to give up all semblance of rational thinking, in an attempt to justify... orange man bad.

ofthevoid said that icemage is clearly biased for HRC because he doesnt criticize her as much as trump, in modern threads, years into Trump's presidency.

this shit comes from both sides, and it cant be stopped. neither side can help themselves.

Honestly, can we just stop talking about "Trump vs Clinton"? We're through with this, it has been discussed to death, and I really dont see anyone changing his perspective/getting persuaded by the arguments of the other side after all this time.

of course it wasn't. because if you actually accepted the simple fact that HRC's misdeeds are less of an issue currently because she lost, mixed with the fact that you should stfu about them generally anyways because they wont lead to her getting punished legally, you'd actually have to make real defenses for some of the bullshit Trump does.

i realize you guys occasionally come in with a "ok, yeah, that was bad" and i commend you for it. but the rampant "HRC's more important" whataboutism for a woman who lost because of said transgressions and can't be indicted for them is silly. stop it. or continue to look like idiots. frankly i dont care. but ofthevoid saying icemage needs to criticize HRC more is a real eye opener for how far down the lack of thought full force whataboutism lazy counter rabbit hole the "conservative mindset" is in pard.

For real though. Don’t get me wrong, whataboutism’s happen all too much in place of actual arguments, however the “Obama / Hillary isn’t potus, you can’t bring them up” takes are funny in the sense that after Trump leaves the office in 2024, the “But trump did / said this” comparisons will never end

the difference between cultists and hrc supporters is that that none of the hrc supporters on pard saw her as anything more than the lesser of two evils, while the cultists are fanatically devoted to the orange man no matter what he does
