Sicknick died of natural causes. He had a blood clot in an artery at the base of his brainstem that caused two strokes. Nothing to do with the 6th. Likewise, the other two officers committed suicide days later, and there's no evidence of relation. Likewise, the 3 protesters who died died of natural causes * 2 and one died from a drug overdose.

Nobody's claiming that those who fought cops and pushed their way into the Capitol building were anything other than violent rioters. Those who came later, were handed water by police, asked to stay within the ropes, and followed instructions? Did nothing wrong. The other million or so people protesting that day who had nothing to do with the Capitol Building? Did nothing wrong.

The other part, is not a statement that I don't care about Benghazi, its the fact that the GOP wants to do NOTHING about Jan 6.
The weak L gave into ALL GOP requests on making this investigation acceptable to both parties, so why the resounding no?
To date there have been 7 investigations into Benghazi and found nothing they could prosecute. Why the overwhelming concern for the Benghazi attack, and nothing about Jan 6.
Just swap it.. if all D said no to and filibustered the investigations into Benghazi, what would the sentiment be?
However on and end note.. political investigations are typically BS taxpayer black holes that nothing comes out of..
I'm curious about the motivation to block it.
