No. It's about a guy who was forced into a military experiment where he was put into statis for 1 year.

Unfortunately funding to the project was cut, so he ended up staying in statis for a very long time.

When he awakes everybody in the world has become stupid.

As it turns out, evolution doesn't necessarily reward the strongest or the smartest.

Because there was no natural predators to humans, dumb people took over the planet because they breed uncontrollably.

The main character then has to save the planet from the dumbs.

Apparently they forgot how to grow food because they water their crops with a Gatorade like product called Brawndo.

After instructing them to water the crops with "water, like from the toilet" the planet is saved.
