They've been cheating before machines & it hit a boiling point during the bush kerry election, infact they implemented the machines to automate the cheating vs having to buy off people during a recount. That goes w/o saying that the electoral college system is flawed in of itself. Pepsi vs coke elections are only intriguing to those who drink that cool aid.
