The Earth is now full. Just because there is some land somewhere that isn't over populated to the point of failure, doesn't mean we should fill that land until it fails.
If we start to colonize Mars or Titan or other planets, then sure, breed yourselves silly. Until then wake up and masturbate instead.

The Earth is not near full. In truth we probably have enough resources to double the population. Food and water are issues of distribution, not production.
