Already presented the problem, dodged the answer.

In his mind they can still vote by mail or "special" ways, those N... should not complain.
Ghot is a segregationist, he's probably even against the right to vote for those people.
Note that -at least- he's saying it, unlike the Goonshill, Endlesslies etc

/e he still mostly trying it hide it.
