Get used to seeing stuff like this. "Skyrocketing registration" aren't the two words his campaign wants to hear used to describe Hispanic/Latino rates. An estimated additional 2 million above the 2012 numbers? Many of them will be in TX/CA, but a huge chunk of the remainder will fall into the VA/FL/CO/NV battlegrounds. He can't afford to lose a single one, and the Republicans already start out behind in each of them.
