I'm trying to understand what point they were attempting to make with the two videos side by side. The only visible difference is the motion blur caused by gif compression. Just like how a 24 fps video played at 30 fps appears sped up 25%

The video has been modified, specifically the arms move to make the action looking more violent and some sound removal

The video originated from the conspiracy theorist Paul Joseph Watson of the fake news site Infowars, and was allegedly altered to make Acosta seem aggressive and excluded him saying "Pardon me, ma'am" to the intern.
