Why is this insulting? With Germany as Leader of the Free World now I can see why France would want to strengthen its military lol.

trump is just being his usual snowflake self. he CONSTANTLY attacks and insults other nations, including his allies. he tells lies about them regularly, but when someone says something he doesn't like he acts thin skinned and offended af. you should be used to it by now, it's not like other world leaders take him serious or anything...

tbh thats a very valid criticism. he's dishing out so aggressively and frequently, but cant take it. one of his more annoying traits.

Question cultists.

If Obama or Bush tweeted this as president, would they get criticized?

That was a rhetorical question. Thank you.

On a broader note, it seems like Trump is more feisty and unhinged lately. Maybe it's because Dems beat that ass in the House, maybe it's because Whitaker is getting hugely criticized. Who knows.

but he's right?
I mean its pretty obvious the problem in California is extraordinary land mismanagement. They have far too much bureaucracy preventing controlled burns or brush removal. You can't throw a stick in the air in California- because you're not allowed to. And the fire fighting teams are sitting on their asses because of wage disputes, budget cuts, red tape, etc- and the shortage of manpower means that fighting active fires gets prioritized over doing more controlled burns, which means more wildfires in the future. And then there's the total lack of firebreaks.

The science hysteria crowd would point to minor increases in temperature or precipitation pattern changes that will indeed mean slightly increased chances of wildfires and then try to apply that future global warming to today's crisis brought on by forests being chock full of fuel.

I don't know if he's right or not, the question is what is appropriate to say as president while people are burning alive in their cars.

Your opinion on what's appropriate is irrelevant.

A normal person would look at that tweet and just conclude he's being critical of the authorities there for doing an inadequate job. What exactly is there to be critical of?

Poor taste. 11 people died as a result of these fires and many others missing yet you post this.

good point, but directed towards the wrong person - or are you actually not smart enough to realise that the cartoon perfectly describes shill's reply to icemage's post?

Actually it is relevant, considering we're all here on a forum and people are responding to it.

Any president who tweeted that same thing would be rightly criticized as being an insensitive prick during a natural disaster. But because it's your cult daddy doing it, you don't have a problem with it.
