WooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW
This was something I did not expect.
Seriously? Trump has been frustrated with Sessions for a long time. It was pretty obvious that he wanted to fire him, and luckily for him, he listened to his advisors and held that off until after it became clear that his party would keep the Senate, so that he could appoint the replacement he wants.

Yeah I agree, I think it could potentially be a somewhat significant net-positive for him, in terms of votes gained. I’ve heard other people express their concerns that by doing so, becoming pro-weed, he could potentially lose some older republican voters, but I don’t really agree. I think they tend to tow their parties line, & will think, ya know, “it’s not really my thing / I’m against it...however...I’m damn well not about to vote for a Democrat!” While some younger millennial type voters may very well vote for Trump specifically for that one position.
Now with that being said, do I think Trump will come out & be pro-weed in 2020 ? Nah fam, nah
Yeah, not gonna happen. Trump is a known teetotaler and despises anyone who is drunk or stoned in public.
