A far stretch from the 2,000 miles he originally promised. Right but he had to reduce that goal multiple times. Pretty incompetent.

Its even worse when you consider most of the miles are bollard fencing which again is not what he promised. Guess you have to downgrade when you can't get Mexico to pay for it, another broken promise.
