Icemage is ideologically consistent. He voted for George W. Bush, he voted for Hillary R. Clinton. Bush was an authoritarian neocon warmongering wall street and big bank puppet that wanted to bomb every brown country and trample over civil liberties and mass surveil Americans, who said abortion is legal but late term is not, who said guns are legal but spooky assault weapons are not, who came to power using dirty tricks and whisper campaigns to stab primary opponents in the back. And so was Hillary Clinton.

But if I had the chance, I would have almost certainly voted for Gore. In second grade, my class held a mock election. I distinctly remember that me and my Jewish friend were the only two out of a class of 20-24 that voted for Gore. Such is life in a suburban, middle class, Texas public school. We pinned little vote stickers to a lonely blue donkey on the other side of the wall from the decorated red elephant. My Conservative father was so disappointed when I told him about this inconvenient truth.
Things haven't changed much in 20 years.
