One can argue ‘birthright’ really does spit on the 14th Amendment, which was to ensure states treated freed slaves (thanks to Pres Lincoln (R) which he was killed by a democrat for) as citizens. Subsequent SC rulings and the writer of the law made sure it applied to children of legal residents and naturalized citizens as well - not just anyone and everyone who came here.

But of course the lefties went and spit on those who this amendment was originally ratified to protect and also legal immigrants who follow the rules and laws. lefties are here unilaterally spouting it applies it to anyone who has a pulse and a pregnancy on US soil

Too bad I have to. Can't count on schools to educate young adults. Every free citizen should have a liberal arts education.
