The economy and immigration are the reasons we have a Republican populist in office. Immigration remains a huge issue that voters are concerned about and whether you agree with this move or not, it’s aimed at addressing that issue.
Instead of crying about trump in usual fashion why not be respectful to those voters that clearly said this is an issue?
what a colossally unintelligent thing to even think, let alone say out lout.
just sit down and say nothing for 3.5 years inbetween presidential elections? Because someone won an electoral map but lost the popular vote?
I'm not one of the loony lefties that talks about the electoral college to imply Trump shouldn't be in office, but if you're using that same electorate to imply that policy should go unchallenged because "he won" I honestly am astounded at how ignorant and just plain stupid of an idea that is.
It's easy to just call out every single critique as "crying about Trump", i'm sure that's a comforting device that feels really good to use in place of actual thought.
The voters spoke, in a much more uniform manner, when they elected Obama. And it was still the duty of the republicans to fight him in every avenue they could muster a defense. That's the game. People dont need to sit and shut up after elections, this isn't Russia, no matter how much you want it to be.
