Afaik the Executive can't change amendments at will.

Congress writes laws, but Executive enforces it.

Birthright citizenship isn't included under Amendment 14 because they aren't citizens. Liberals made it up because they could never pass the law through congress. Trump is just making things right again.

Just saw this. Probably deserves its own topic. Don't know if he can do this or not, just like I wasn't sure Obama could EO DACA.

It's exactly what the Amendment says though.

All persons born in the United States are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. Pretty cut and dry it seems. Or does this part of the constitution require religion-esque interpretation?
