Conservative governments will institutionalize people who are deviants or sick, exclude people they deem undesirable from civic participation in commonly held rights like marriage which is a direct denial of the right of property for homosexual couples who are always under threat of a parasitic family coming in and taking the entire estate from family member they never respected. Its disgusting behavior and a complete failure at the golden rule.
