I'm calling 95% chance of bullshit on this story
not necessarily false flag tinfoil, this could be a right-wing terrorist trying to spread fear
but a clock?? in what conceivable scenario could a time-detonator possibly work on a mailbomb?

actual mailbomb attacks in the past have used triggers connected to the package. For example, a spring-loaded bar that is held shut by the bomb the package is in, or a pull-string attached to the envelope lid
its so utterly implausible for a timer to set off a mailbomb and hurt anyone. How would that work? Its in the mail for 2 days. Its in a mailbox for a day. Its in someones hands for about 10 seconds before they open it up, see the 'bomb' and get the fuck out of there. And the bomber has no possible knowledge of when exactly that bomb is going to get picked up. Even remote control triggers like a cell phone make more sense because you could be parked nearby.

I'm so confused by this. I could totally see some retard nutjob wanting to bomb these people. I cannot see a scenario where they make a clockbomb via mail work though.

yeah that's an ISIS flag on the one 'bomb';

The only pattern this seems to fit is 'someone who wants to cause panic / tensions'
Right-wing terrorists wouldn't be using ISIS flags
A real bomber wouldn't be using a clock detonator on a mailbomb

That still doesn't necessarily speak to any motive. It could just be a troll. It could be right-wing, or left-wing false flag, or even a Russian operation to disrupt the midterms

why not? anti middle eastern is a pretty right winged trait. faking a massive terrorist plot is a surefire way to turn people against arabs.

faking an ISIS bombing by sending bombs to Hillary Clinton, George Soros, Maxine Waters, CNN, etc?

you're right of course, someone nuts enough to send fake ISIS bombs to a handful of targets you could jot down while watching the bottom ticker of CNN couldn't possible make a mistake on how motivations would be perceived. i mean, afterall, they crafted a perfect looking bomb with a kitchen timer, electric tape, and randomly placed wires. clearly this is the result of a govt level thinktank populated by unibomber caliber dark geniuses.

nobody accidentally sends 8 bombs exclusively to the highest profile liberal targets. The choice of targets is clearly intentional, though thats not enough on its own to know the motive but certainly enough to suggest it.
If someone was just trying to fake ISIS attacks they'd target civilians. Or the military. Or Trump. Or random high profile targets from both parties, or celebrities.
The fact it has targeted only the most high profile liberal targets and especially the ones that are targets of the nutwings but little known to normies like George Soros guarantees that the targeting is intentional.
