The LOI is for isolation hubs. We use isolation hubs to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in highly vulnerable places.

Lets look at Nunavut. You can enter Nunavut through the NWT which the flight by Canadian North comes from Edmonton, you can enter via Winnipeg up though Churchill and you can enter from Ottawa to Iqaluit.

Nunavut is massive and broken down into three Regional Inuit Associations, aka three regions. The Kitikmoet, Kivalliq and Qikiqtani. Right now the Kivalliq is suffering from its first outbreak of Covid. We do not have real hospitals in Nunavut, we dont even have pavement. We have no hospital beds, we have two respirators to service the Territory. Income scarcity is the highest in the country resulting in up to 4 generations living in a two bedroom household.

Yes we require you to isolate for two weeks at a hub before entering Nunavut. This has been going on for months and its accepted because its protects an at risk population with no access to healthcare. This is the requirement this person is going off on eluding their experimenting on Canadian citizens like its Nazi Germany.

The hotel is free, and you get free food for two weeks while most employers are making full accommodations for you to work from distance during your isolation period at the hub.

The entire process has kept Nunavut Covid free until just recent when a security guard at the isolation hub was found carrying covid and passed it along to an isolator. Nunavut has done an excellent job because of these Hubs.

to say trump lost , there is no election fraud ... your clueless nothing else to say really
ignoring court orders by justice alito and federal judges, and now what judges are saying that they are disturbed by the evidence, but they ignore it

and as far as the supreme court goes trump has very good legal standing

The entire LOI relates to COVID. The "Other Federal Reasons" are isolation requirements that Provincial Governments as well as Indigenous Bands, Inuit Organizations and others are implementing. The entire inquiries in the hearing are generated from that LOI.

Are you enough of a troll to think anyone will believe that Canada is implementing internment camps to experiment on Canadian citizens? Is that the level we're at? If so I know now that you guys are just two people in Discord bored to tears posting the same copy paste garbage on a few forums.
