We should definitely redistribute a significant portion of wealth from the most wealthy to the average worker.

However that doesn't really change the fact that our entire agriculture and basically all of our service economy is built on the back of immigrants and always has been.

The issue here is not whether our service economy is built on the back of immigrants. It's about why you feel such a strong need to rush to their defense. Why do lefties like you sing immigrants' praise so much and want to pump the country full of minorities so badly?
