If I want to make it dependent on you wearing the right shoes to work, that's my right too. It can be literally anything unless there is a law specifically saying I can't.

The government makes businesses hire a certain number of minorities. If they can do this then they can compel businesses to not fire the un-vaccinated.

The government has never, to my knowledge, compelled a business to hire minorities unless they were specifically working for the federal government. and that comes down to the same principal. You can predicate your freedom of association on anything, so the federal government can predicate their contracts on affirmative action. Don't like it? Don't work for the government.
