I think there's a lot unpack in your post, so I'll start with the first one you brought up--which is the reporting of deaths as 'Covid' despite the presence of other conditions, such as 'Pneumonia'.

It is similar to the HIV epidemic where deaths were being listed as X, Y, and Z condition other than HIV/AIDS--but it was HIV that was causing those conditions to manifest due to AIDS-related complications.
