There are many things in this universe that science cannot and never will be able to explain.
One good example: dogs being able to know when someone died. My mother experienced this when she was 12 years old and her father died (prostrate cancer). She and her family were at home while he was in the hospice. Their family dog was with them. When he breathed his last breath, the dog immediately began to howl, using a certain sound of howling that Mom never heard him make before, and never heard him make ever again since. It was a very unique sound. Grandma called the hospice and they said he had just passed away. HOW THE HECK DID THE DOG KNOW? Science will never be able to explain that. This is evidence enough for me that there's things in this world that we can't see. There is definitely a Creator and we can see that there is sin all around us. I'm not saying that this means we should follow religion or do whatever the Bible tells us to do. I'm just saying that there IS a Creator out there. That's all. This universe didn't start off with a "Big Bang", a completely ridiculous theory created by man. You don't like religion because it was created by man? That's fine - I don't either. But remember, the Big Bang theory was created by man, too.
Some pretty bold and arrogant statements you’re making there. Who says science cannot and never will explain everything? You? Are you a scientist yourself?
The big bang is the best explanation we have on the origin of this universe, and is based on observable evidence. It is not intended, as most religious folk believe, to be an end-all solution to the origin of the universe. Unlike your views (there IS a god, and nothing you can say will convince me otherwise), science is always open and accepting of criticism and contradiction.
