That was my point way back in this topic. Within a period of 2-3 days we got two entirely different stories of what happened.

1. She parked car, took elevator to the wrong floor, her key wouldn't work in the look, the GUY opened the door, she thought it was burglar in her apt., and fired gun.
2. She parked on "wrong level" in garage (which presumably led to her floor confusion), key wouldn't work in lock, door was "open" she opened the door and walked in, assumed the guy was in her apt. and shot.

This is pretty much the ONLY info we have so far, except the latest bit I posted 2-3 days ago, about her moving and the tox screens.

Here's what I see on this sf. All but about 5-6 people, jump to conclusions at the drop of a hat. Even when it's pointed out to them, that no conclusions can be yet reached with the current evidence.
This happens so much on here, that newcomers to this sf would have to assume they were suddenly in China or some other repressive state.

but that doesn't mean I cannot base my actions on truth which I always try to do

I don't like authority and that's my right but I do separate my personal feelings from individual cases. I think in this thread and most others like it I've succeeded

The article in the OP said she got off the elevator at the wrong floor and was trying to open the wrong apt. door when the guy inside opened it.

The article in post #107 says she "parked" on the wrong level of a parking garage, and that the guy's door was unlocked and that the lights were off.

Two largely different stories.
