this global recession gonna be lit

So what is gonna happen in next days?
Obviously it takes a lot of time to build local factories in USA.
In the meantime, imported goods go up ~20% in price?
At the same time USA government will get huge money from tarrifs.
How will they spend it? Will they distribute it to the people of USA somehow, to ease increased prices?

Working in an American branded goods company with 100% factories in Asia.
Already heard discussions about giving up US demand completely, or hike prices.

Profit margin has been ~5% for years, it is not possible to sell to the US without a loss.

They might actually. Trump has mentioned multiple ways of getting citizens supplemental checks. What’s odd is the same people who vote for Trump that are hard-line anti government assistance are claiming such checks are a WIN for the Trump administration.
