Maybe those documents were docs Trump need to defend himself for Impeachmentgate, Insuurectiongate, Ukrainegate...etc.

We the public have no way of knowing, cause we've haven't seen any of these docs.

For all we know, we could only be getting one side of the story. We know the left controls the media... how can we "know" if any of what we hear is factual.

The actual indictment lists numerous points which have nothing to do with obstruction, like gathering secret intel which in and off itself is a felony under the Espionage Act, and further stuff like that. So your argument boils down to "Trump and Biden (and Hillary) are both guilty of the charges Trump is being indicted for, but if Trump had complied, the feds would have treated them equitably in their non-enforcement of these charges."

Look, from a purely legal pov, this is a slam dunk case; Trump was a complete and utter dumbass here, he brought this on himself and I might even be inclined to say that this is the time when he will truly be done for. But if you charge Trump for the violation of articles in the Espionage Act which are independent from obstruction, then it reeks of politicized justice to not go after Biden for the same infringements.

In my family we celebrate Thanksgiving by publicly flogging ourselves in the local Indigenous reservation as a sign of respect and unity, it isn't much but we like to give back.
