but if we're going to talk Biden rule, that's a different conversation. On top of that Kavanaugh is far more moderate than others on the shortlist, so subjectively the rule might not even apply. I tend not to put much importance in those types of bullshit rules anyhow. the balance of 5 conservative / 4 progressive judges should be maintained, and Kavanaugh > Barret for the current court. I think the Dems lucked out, Amy is much worse.
