The American justice system has little or no responsibility for misconduct by prosecutors, judges, FBI agents, public officials, etc. Even when they get caught committing provable crimes they tried to cover up, they usually get no punishment at all. Far more often a promotion or career boost. At worst, they retire and keep their pension.

There is no contempt the State can be in violation of. Lying is considered due process in the case of the State. Lying is only actionable in the case of defense.

It certainly makes them more fun though. Personally, I am 100% confident that Kyle will walk b/c the jurors are scared of the massive amount of protests that will occur. A white child being convicted for defending themselves will finally get white people off their ass to the point where it will make the BLM protests look like a school assembly.
