trump was able to improve his life. yes, fate handed him an excellent hand, but he played it well.

- is a billionaire
- his last name has become synonymous with "successful and rich businessman"
- has super decent kids
- has banged a sheer endless parade of super hot models and actresses that a normal man can only dream of
- celebrity and media darling, has all the attention in the world
- has been grandiloquently flirting with running for president for decades, and when he finally went through with it, he pulled it off against a unified front of all the political, cultural, intellectual and media elites in the country

you might not like him, criticize his actions and decisions and yes, he might have been a damn lucky fool throught his entire life, but still... you just cannot achieve all of that without having some skills of sorts.
