You have to understand that there's quite a rift between what EU folk think of her positions and what US folk think. After all, for a lot of us EU people, many of her positions have been our reality for years, successfully. So from our perspective she's not really radical at all.

when she was asked directly how that would be feasible she had no answer, worse yet she deflected and said it wasn't her responsibility to know because she's not a budget specialist. you don't have to be a budget specialist to figure out doubling the budget isn't realistic.

it comes down to that one thing, she either knows it's not realistic and is grabbing votes on a lie, or she's blissfully ignorant. im not sure which is better. she made this her issue, and she's not well versed in it.

in my opinion tho, she is actually afraid to say out loud how much of a tax hike she wants to pay for what she wants. i think she knows, and is deflecting.

Let's see:
- Universal healthcare
- Tuition-free (or at least more affordable) education
- Hard-line on environmental issues (work towards 100% renewable)
- Israeli-Palestine conflict, condemning Israel when they perform crimes against humanity (controversial but less controversial in Europe)


The only one that might not be mainstream popular in Europe is her immigration stance. Most people here are weary of immigration.
