So you correlate a decrease in voter participation with women's suffrage because it occurred at roughly the same time? Despite the fact that more women vote than men now?
Maybe it's something more complicated than what you are proposing or a variety of other factors? Explain!
There are probably ten different trends going on but a big one is women allowed the political area to become emotional. Without women you wouldn't have celebrity presidents like FDR, JFK, Obama, or even Trump.
Women also helped pry open the borders to people that don't believe in American values - to women that want free stuff (vote more) and men that don't have American values (vote less). Over time the culture changed and voting participation shifted.
The government used to be only a system of enforcing the law, which is appealing to honorable men. Now the government has become a button to push when you want free things, appealing to women and third worlders.
Women are programmed by their biology to think that getting free stuff is a measure of status. Men don't because they know they work and pay taxes so their involvement has dropped. A big reason why Trump is ESPECIALLY popular among men.

endless skates on face validity in spite of actual thought.
blacks get right to vote, participation goes down because they can't read and are run off from polling stations = BLAME THE BLACKS
women get right to vote, but participation goes down because they're eligible voters but their male overlords don't allow many wives and daughters to vote = BLAME WOMEN
he's just looking to blame non white males, because at this point any amount of empathy might cause his entire being to collapse in on itself.
I admitted there are multiple causes.
