Tax cuts can't be repealed, Trump still has ability to repeal regulations through executive order, Democrats are perfectly willing to pass a deficit-crippling infrastructure bill, so how exactly is the economy going to slow down?

Trump signing an infrastructure bill would stimulate the economy more. Nobody in Washington cares about the deficit.

At least in the short term, 5-10 years maybe, a giant infrastructure bill would cause the economy to absolutely explode.

And we need it, honestly. Need it more than most of our military bases.
