Can someone explain why it's considered a fact that more dems vote through mail than in person?

Not disputing, just wondering why.

trump told voters not to vote by mail, biden told voters it was safe and to do it. its that simple.

The NRA has supported various gun control measures over the years, including NICS.

Thats why I don't like them very much.

Ok, back. I had to take the garbage out.
I couldn't find any Democrats to ask them to hook me up with someone who would take my garbage out for free.

So alas, I had to do it myself.

Probably something along the lines of that most Dems didn't want to risk standing in long lines and increase the chances of catching COVID. Dems are just more cautious when healthcare professionals state that this virus is serious. The average GOP voter wants to throw out Fauci.

If a poor person with a job has to take the day off (or at least several hours) to stand in line at the local DMV to get an ID, then that costs them significantly more through lost wages than the cost of the ID itself (even if the fee can be waived).

Because Democratis have been encouraging their voters to use mail ballots due to covid safety concerns all campaign long, while Trump dissuaded and disparaged mail voting all campaign long. This has led to a situation where the early mail ballots lean heavily toward Biden and the election day votes lean heavily toward Trump. Depending on which votes a state reports first, we see opposing trends as more votes come in. Trump has continued to tighten his gap in Arizona, where the Biden-leaning early ballots were reported first. By contrast, Trump opened up huge leads in GA and PA which are now shrinking as more mail ballots from heavily Democratic areas (Atlanta, Philly) are counted.
