You're misunderstanding. No one cares about Avenatti the person.

It is fair to question why "respectable" media outfits poured so much time and attention to covering him. And it's fair to wonder how factual their reporting is when they get so easily duped in giving significant airtime to a now known conman.

Because they are looking for people that gain clicks. He was the lawyer for the biggest story going at the time. He was viewer bait for what 3months? Why CNN have Rudy on? He might actually be the undead. Lol.
