sure a syrian refugee only in the country for a few months went out and chose a 13 year old girl at random and murdered her after presumably raping her, but it was a one-off incident. We mean besides those other one-off incidents like the danforth shooting a month ago. Or the edmonton attack. Or the three terrorist attacks by muslim converts / sons of immigrants.
