To my understanding, judges receive threats on all high profile cases, expect it, and are affirmatively prepared for it.

I do not believe threats against the judge are classed under jury intimidation.

So in that moment we have proof, undeniable and crystal clear, that the prosecutors brought charges they knew were false. They argued right up until the judge dismissed it that Rittenhouse was possessing an illegal firearm based on its barrel length, and asked the judge to leave it up to the jury to measure the rifle. He simply asked them to bring the rifle up to him and he would measure it right then and there, and they dropped it and told the judge the state no longer maintains the barrel was too short. They knew the barrel wasn't short, they brought the charges anyway. How is that not malicious prosecution right then and there?
