not everyone who is guilty can be charged and indicted for it. i agree that HRC is guilty of evidence tampering, or at least she has a goat ready to slaughter if those charges were to ever materialize with no paper trail linking her to the actual act. thus the charges weren't filed against her.

i'm not sure what part you're confused about, but since you just keep claiming there is some deep state conspiracy not to charge her by the DOJ i have to assume all of it. you're allowed to have forum opinions that stand outside of legalities, but when your opinions are on legalities, and they're incorrect at that, then the legalities themselves are directly relevant. u do that a lot, reference a specific legal term in one of your "its just my opinion maaaaaaan" rants and then back off when challenged. i can give u a list of words that you shouldnt ever use to avoid this, if it helps. not a glossary, god i cant even imagine the confusion, just a list of words.

Smart as hell, though. And great in debates. Also can't deny he is one the most Conservative in the Senate if that's something you want and are willing to put up with how insincere he is.

If Beto wanted to troll back, he could just tweet a picture of Cruz retweeting porn. But he's above that. People like Beto because he is genuine and has traveled to every county in Texas to talk about what Texans want. We haven't had a candidate like him in decades. Most Democrats (and Republicans) just phone it in because we all know how this state will vote.
