The question has been answered: Requiring IDs is not racist, because if you need a State ID to vote and don't already have one, you can freely get one specifically to vote.
Anything else, are are we going to drop this completely idiotic talking point?

I've never met a person who cannot get to a DMV but can get to a polling station. Never. Nor have I been to an area where you can get to a polling station but not a DMV.
