Companies begin immediately hiring as many qualified minorities as they can, poverty and ghettoization is a thing of the past. Within 2 years those groups have used their new funds to start millions of businesses, resulting in unemployment falling to 0% and average income skyrocketing 300%. The level of productivity and efficiency from the diversity of every organization makes the United States the defacto leader of the free world again, and our productivity spills over into neighboring countries until the entire world is at a similar level of efficiency. But this isn't an issue for the environment because half of those companies are solar panel and pollution fixing companies. Everybody comes out as bisexual and lives in a big fuck pile and can move between them whenever they want, and all the diverse technology eliminates STDs.

Corporations are forced to utilize workplace democracy and give shares of the company to every worker, or be fined according to number of employees. Workers can elect a representative to be their manager and that manager has voting powers representative of the amount of workers beneath them at higher levels in the company to lobby on behalf of the employees.
Public works projects are established in every major city that build infrastructure with goals of setting its citizens up with the path to succeed.
Implement UBI for every United States citizen.
Healthcare, food, and water established as a human right and the industries are completely de-commodified, leaving luxury goods as the goods you work for.
