How can Feinstein pretend that those leaks came from her Beach Friends instead of from Feinstein or Achoo's office?
The original articles aren't about the accusation itself, but Feinstein's possession of a document making the allegation and how it was being handled.
Which is something Blasey Ford couldn't even know. What, is Feinstein keeping her in the loop about palace intrigue with the letter after she received it? Why? How?

Those accounts are totally inconsistent with friends approaching the media. Thats 100% a leak, and obviously a politically timed one.

After Ford's testimony I really thought Kavanaugh was done... like 90% sure. Although she basically had no corroborating evidence, she was credible.

Kavanaugh came out swinging, going too political at times, and showing a bunch of emotion. He came across as genuine and credible. He calmed down eventually, and effectively combated the Dems talking points.

Unless we see more accusations come out, I think Kavanaugh has a good chance to be confirmed. I think Lindsey Graham just secured his place among the Trump base as an effective loyalist.

Politically speaking, I also think think that Democrats absolutely dropped the ball in their lines of questioning today. They came across as partisan, stupid, petty hacks. This party has so little political talent right now.
