They can defend themselves however and that keeps them from getting fucked with. To a predator, an injury is a big deal. I am sure that if the US troops were to fire on its own citizens en masse, there would be more problems for them than simply complaining on the internet.

A populace that is being fucked with by its own government can easily cut its own nose to spite its face.

You do not have to be the biggest animal in the forest, you just don't want to be the weakest. 170 million died at the hands of their governments last century, sure let us give them more power and authority over us with no way to hold them accountable.

The only real question to ask about gun control is, what is it you are planning to do that you think I would kill you over?

All my black friends have a ton of guns. So do my white friends too. One of my best friends has a war room that would make The Punisher blush. He let me shoot a rifle with a binary trigger, first time I felt something like fully automatic in a long time. If you haven't played with one of those you're missing an important part of the hobby.

I learned in Texas they are making shotguns only hold three shells at a time to help duck populations. Crazy they are more protective of ducks than human children in texas.

It's not legal to hunt kids, this is a trash analogy. Minnesota has the same regulation: if you're over water with a loaded shotgun, it must have a duck plug in it to limit the number of shells. I removed my duck plug right away though, because I hunt grouse.
