Over a dozen states that aren't Florida actually have legislature over public restrooms.

Your really believe a sexual predator or pedophile is going to go through years of hormone replacement therapy, change their clothes, their appearance, receive public harassment on a daily basis and all the other struggles that come with being trans so they can one day, years down the line, use another genders restroom?
That's an absurd argument to make. There's no security in a public bathroom. A sexual predator or pedophile is just going to go in weather they're trans or cis or gay or straight. No one checks your ID to get in.
