you could be denied from working somewhere, eating somewhere, shopping somewhere, riding on public transportation, etc. It's not confirmed you will be, but could be, all legally under the US constitution, legal code and protections we give to private businesses to accept and decline both customer and employees as they see fit without the need for justification. because the only protections you have against this are discriminations against you based on your sex, age, race, nationality, or sexual orientation.
a vaccine card is no different legally than a "no shoes, no shirt, no service" sign. you have a right not to wear shoes, u dont have a right to walk your gross bare feet wherever you choose though. but u can always work as a lifeguard.
