It's a matter of principle.

People should have a say in what goes into their own bodies. They also should not have to choose between their job or the jab.

Failing to follow safety guidelines is cause for dismissal. I have an employee right now who is antivax who i may have to let go of for the safety of other employees in the office.

rights are not without consequences. u have the right to make all sorts of decisions that may ultimately alter the course of your life.

I am not sure what you are saying. So, if I choose not to get vaccinated, there will be a consequence for me, such as loss of my job?

you could be denied from working somewhere, eating somewhere, shopping somewhere, riding on public transportation, etc. It's not confirmed you will be, but could be, all legally under the US constitution, legal code and protections we give to private businesses to accept and decline both customer and employees as they see fit without the need for justification. because the only protections you have against this are discriminations against you based on your sex, age, race, nationality, or sexual orientation.

a vaccine card is no different legally than a "no shoes, no shirt, no service" sign. you have a right not to wear shoes, u dont have a right to walk your gross bare feet wherever you choose though. but u can always work as a lifeguard.

Should people be fired for not taking the vaccines? Yes or no.

if the business deems it necessary, yes. i believe in the free market, and would never dare to tell a private organization what they should do. i prefer to let economics do that for them.

So you would be against the government telling private businesses that they need to hire an X number of minorities, then?

Lol, dude, you think I would even want to "have a dunk on you". Newsflash: I just like dispelling nonsense, and you tend to spew a lot of it.

I predicted in that other thread that you would come after me after I humiliated you in public. I was right.
