Antivaxxors are so stupid a judge ordered a hospital to give a man horse dewormer who had been on a vent for over 40 days and didn't even have covid anymore, just covid rekt lungs.
They were probably like "as soon as your weird pulmonologist who doesn't have patients, prescribing power, admitting power at a hospital, or understand how things work at all, can pass our extensive credentialing process, then he can care for this patient.
Horse dewormer is the tide pods of the right.
People are actually coming into the hospital now because of ivermectin poisoning. I say it is time to turn these people into glue.

2020 is the first time I had patients die in the hospital, and it was due to covid. At this point I'm around it constantly. The hospital is literally full of nonvaccinated people, who are getting other people killed because other lifesaving services aren't available in the county because of covid deniers using all the beds/vents. Think about it, if you get sick and get vented because of a decision not to get preventative medicine then you are preventing someone else from being in that bed....that is why they can't stay in the beds and need to discharge to a lower level of care when non-acute. I restrained someone with covid two weeks ago in the ER and they coughed all over me and thank god I am vaccinated because it doesn't matter how healthy you are if your lung gets chewed up like a piece of bubble gum. No gym trips or calorie counting act as a prophylactic for your lungs. The thing about this variant is that it is more aggressive and people are being vented after 3 days instead of 8 or 10, and discharging to the morgue most of the time.
It isn't to the point where the morgue is full again and there are too many dead people to take care of the bodies and they had to sit in hospital beds until funeral homes came to get them.
Side note: 80% of my collogues have left healthcare over the past four months. I've struggled with my commitment to serve people, especially if they aren't trying to stay healthy at this point....why should I care more about your life than you do? Hard boundary to keep as a social worker who genuinely wants what is best for the people I'm working with when they don't want the best for themselves, ie healthy body and healthy mind healthy coping skills healthy habits.
