It happened in one particular neighborhood (Woodland Hills) and was caused by provisional ballots being mailed. The mistake was quickly recognized and corrected. Again, you are talking a specific neighborhood in one county of California.

Hilarious the last GOP POTUS is a crook from NYC, who's only famous because he inherited a lot of money and was on TV. Then, the GOP name Mike Pence as VP who's just some radio host bible thumper.
